Then sift the flour through the sieve and mix it with the sour mixture, soda it off with vinegar, add it to the dough and mix it quickly.
  2. divide the dough into two equal parts, add cocoa powder to one of them (sifting it through a sieve) and knead to an even color. In the center of the form, pour a couple of spoons of light dough, then dark, again light and dark. Then alternately pour both kinds of dough into the center of the cake and send the form to the heated oven.
  3. Zebra is baked on sour cream at the specified temperature within an hour. Remove the form and cover it with a light towel, leave for 15 minutes.
