  • 0.5 kg of apples
  • about 400 gr of flour
  • 350-400 ml of milk
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 1 large egg (or 2 small) + 2 egg whites
  • 25 gr fresh yeast
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • pinch of vanillin

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. In a small container, combine yeast with sugar (1 tablespoon) and grind with a fork. Pour about 75 ml of warm milk, grind again. Mix the spoon of flour into the yeast mixture and leave in a warm place (30-35C) for half an hour. Margarine melt in a water bath and cool. The egg is removed from the refrigerator and left in the warmth for 10 minutes. Pour the remaining warm milk into the risen spoon and stir.
  2. Then pour the margarine, drive in the raw egg, add a pinch of vanillin and mix again. Mix the sugar with the mixture and mix until it is almost completely dissolved. Mix the flour into the dough and cover the bowl with a light damp towel.
  3. Yeast dough for apples pie should be brewed for about 1 hour. Then a little bit of it to hog and leave for another half an hour. When the dough is ready, cook the apples for the pie.
  4. Fruits wash, peel and cut the pulp along with the peel in small pieces. The yeast dough is divided into 2 equal parts. For the baking form, grease with vegetable oil.
  5. Put half the dough in the mold, evenly distribute it on the bottom of the mold and form small sides. Put the crushed apples on the dough.
  6. From the remaining test, you can optionally make strips and put them on the apple filling in the form of a lattice. You can simply roll it up and cover apples, connect the edges of the upper and lower layers of the dough (center a small incision). Leave the apple pie on the yeast in the heat for 15-20 minutes. Then send the cake to the oven and set the temperature to 180C.
  7. Bake a yeast pie with apples about 1 hour until cooked. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, remove the mold and sprinkle the cake with almonds, send it to the oven.
  8. Remove the form and leave it for 10 minutes. Transfer the apple yeast cake to the grill and allow it to cool slightly. You can serve the apple pie for tea. Bon appetit!
