Ingredients

  • 300 g of ice cubes
  • 200 ml of sprite (or mineral water)> 200 g of pulp watermelon
  • 150 ml of white rum
  • 2 limes of lime or lemon
  • 1 tbsp . brown sugar
  • a few sprigs of mint

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Pulp the watermelon from seeds and peel, cut into small pieces and send to the freezer for 10 minutes. Peppermint leaves, rinse in a shaker, add sugar and squeeze lemon / lime juice. Thoroughly grind the mixture with a maddler, pestle or fork.
  2. Chop the watermelon into a blender with ice, add sprite / mineral water and shake again. Pour the resulting mixture into a shaker with mint, sugar and juice, add the rum and lightly beat.
  3. Pour the watermelon mojito over the glasses and serve to the chilled table, decorated with mint or a slice of lemon
