- 200 ml of pure water
- 50 ml of cream 30-35%
- 1 tbsp . powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. ground coffee (or 2 teaspoons soluble)
Recipe for cooking at home
- Cream for Viennese coffee in a freezer for 1 minute. Ground coffee to pour into the Turk, pour cold water and put on medium heat. Stir, bring coffee to a boil and immediately remove from heat, stir with a long spoon and leave to cool.
- Chilled cream whip the mixer at high speed until a firm foam. Do not stop whipping the cream, add the powdered sugar, sifting it through a sieve. Gently pour the hot coffee into glasses, decorate each serving with whipped cream with a corn or a spoon. Serve with a grated chocolate when serving.
