Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Squash, tomatoes, aubergines, peeled potatoes cut into slices. Cut cabbage, salt, crush and lightly fry in a little oil. Peel onion and cut into half rings. Peppers should be washed, the core removed, half of one piece left for decoration, the rest cut into thin strips. Zucchini and eggplants salt, pepper and fry in vegetable oil on both sides (the eggplant should preferably be soaked beforehand for a couple of minutes in salt water). Form for baking grease with vegetable oil, lay out in it layers: potatoes, eggplants, peppers, zucchini, onions, cabbage, tomatoes. If desired, add a small piece of red pepper (finely chop and sprinkle a stew).
  2. Heat the oven to 200C. Cheese grate on a large grater, add mayonnaise, drive eggs, mix thoroughly. Pour the vegetables with this mixture and put the form in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Pull out the assorted vegetable from the oven, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and serve.
