Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Sift flour through a sieve, add salt and mix. Make a deepening in the center, drive in the egg and mix thoroughly. Gradually pour in water, knead with a homogeneous, resilient dough.
  2. Wrap the dough for dumplings with cheese food film and refrigerate for 20 minutes. In the meantime, grate the cheese on a grater, mix it with butter, salt and spices to taste.
  3. Roll the dough into a thin layer and cut with a glass (diameter about 4 cm) circles. In the center of each circle, put a dessert spoon of the filling and pinch the edges of the dumpling with your fingers.
