Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Milk warm to a slightly warm temperature (about 35C), sift the manko into a large bowl through a sieve. Stir the semolina, pour a thin stream of milk into it. Leave the manna for 15 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Eggs should be hammered into a bowl and beaten with a mixer until foam forms. Do not stop whipping, sprinkle sugar and salt in a thin trickle. Beat for another 5 minutes at high speed until fluffy. While mixing, pour in the vegetable oil.
  3. Stirring the manna mixture, pour in gradually the egg-and-oil liquid. Then add baking powder, mix and leave again for 5 minutes. Mix the cup of the multivarka with butter and pour the dough into it. & Nbsp;
  4. Bake the mannik on milk for about 45 minutes in the Baking mode. Take out the finished cake from the multivark, cool a bit on the grate and serve it to the table. Before serving, you can grease the mannik with cream, glaze or sprinkle with powdered sugar. Have a nice tea!
