Stacks are nourishing and very fragrant cutlets from chicken or pork-beef minced meat with a "fur coat" from potatoes with cheese.

In the oven
- 0.5 kg of chicken or pork-ground beef
- 2-3 pieces of white bread
- 120 ml of milk
- about 60-70 gr of flour
- 1 egg
- 1 item .l. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. mustard (more sharply)
- 1 tsp. vinegar 9%
- salt, pepper to taste
Potato-cheese "coat" for piles:
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 150 gr of hard cheese
- 100 g of mayonnaise
Recipe for cooking at home
Bread pour the milk and leave it to absorb for 15 minutes, periodically turning over to the other side.
Combine stuffing with bread (squeeze it slightly from the milk), mustard, spoon of vegetable oil and vinegar, mix.
Drive in a raw egg, add salt and pepper forcemeat to taste, mix.
Cover the forcemeat with a lid and take the marinade off for half an hour in the refrigerator.
In the meantime, prepare a fur coat for piles with minced meat. Onions peeled and finely chopped, fried in 2 tablespoons. vegetable oil on a small fire until golden brown, constantly stirring with a spatula (about 5 minutes). Cover the pan with a foil and grease it with a thin layer of vegetable oil.
Potatoes must be cleaned and coarsely ground, seasoned with a pinch and mixed.
Grate the cheese. With a potato to merge a liquid which was formed from salt.
Remove the cutlet from the refrigerator, form 6 large cutlets and roll them in flour. Put on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil.
On top put a little fried onions. Then grated potatoes.
Cover the tables with grated cheese
Lubricate top of cutlets with mayonnaise and sprinkle with vegetable oil. Bake with minced meat about 40-50 minutes before rudeness at 180C. Remove the baking tray from the oven, sprinkle the ready-made meat dishes with freshly salted cheese and serve to the table. Bon appetit!
