  • 8 kg of squash
  • 500 g of carrot
  • 200 g of cleared garlic
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 200 ml of vinegar
  • 120 ml of vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. ground pepper

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Squash should be peeled, and if they are already old – cleanse the seeds. Carrots clean and pass through the meat grinder along with peeled squash. Put the resulting mass on the fire and bring to a boil, stirring.
  2. Add salt, sugar and vegetable oil to a zucchini, stir thoroughly until the ingredients are completely dissolved. After that, cook the adzhika for about 2 hours with a slight boil, stirring occasionally.
  3. Garlic crushed in garlic crock, add to the pan along with red pepper and vinegar. Thoroughly mix everything and cook the adzhika from zucchini for another 10 minutes. Banks and lids sterilize, pour hot mass and roll in them.
  4. Turn the jars upside down and cover with a blanket. Leave the zucchini adzhika to cool in this position for 5 hours. Then put it to storage for the remaining workpieces for the winter.
