Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Eggs should be hammered into a bowl and beaten with a mixer until fluffy at high speed. Without stopping to beat eggs, pour sugar in a thin trickle and mix for another 5-7 minutes to get a very lush and light mass.
  2. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 ° C, grease the baking dish and butter sprinkle with flour. In a separate bowl, sift the flour with the baking powder and vanilla, stir.
  3. Whisk the egg cream, pour a thin stream of lemonade, mix until homogeneous and gradually enter the flour mixture. Stirring the dough, pour in the vegetable oil. Pour the dough into a pre-cooked form and send it to a preheated oven.
  4. Bake a sponge cake on the lemonade for about 45 minutes. Remove the mold from the oven, cover with a light towel and leave to cool for at least half an hour. Carefully remove the biscuit from the mold, cover with cream or glaze and serve it to the table. Have a nice tea!
