Sour cream and chocolate cream has a smooth, silky consistency and fabulous taste. The recipe is useful for making cakes and decorating cakes.

- 300 g of powdered sugar (or to taste)
- 150 g of dark chocolate
- 100 g sour cream 15-20%
- 50 g of butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 1/4 tsp salts
Recipe for cooking at home
- Chocolate is broken in small pieces, folded into a small bowl. Cut the butter into pieces, add to a bowl of chocolate and put in a water bath. Heat the chocolate cream, stirring frequently, until the ingredients are completely dissolved, but not boiling.
- Remove the bowl from the water bath, cool the cream to a slightly warm temperature, add salt, vanilla sugar and mix well. Gradually add the sour cream to the chocolate cream, stir to uniform color.
- Sugar powder is sifted through a sieve. Whipping the sour cream chocolate cream with a mixer, pour the powdered sugar into it and whisk another 1-2 minutes before the splendor. The finished cream can be used to make cakes immediately after whipping. To decorate the baking with custard – it needs to be covered with a food film and sent for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator (or for 20 minutes in the freezer) . Then fill the cooled chocolate-sour cream with corn and decorate them with confectionery.
