Recipe for cooking at home
- Beef on the bone washed and put in a pan, pour cold water and put the pan on the fire. Boil a broth of pork on a small fire for about 1.5 hours, from beef – up to 2.5 hours. In this case, periodically remove the foam from the surface of the broth.
- Half an hour before the readiness to add to the boiling broth bay leaf and pea pepper. From the finished broth take out the meat, allow it to cool slightly and separate from the bones.
- Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes, dip into boiling salted broth. Onion peel and grate on a large grater or cut very finely. Spinach washed, dried and cut into thin strips.
- In a frying pan, heat a couple of spoons of vegetable oil and put onions. Fry it for 2-3 minutes, stirring, until golden brown and add together with spinach in the soup. Bring everything to the boil, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook the soup with spinach for another 15 minutes with a slight boil. Eggs in a separate pan with boiling water and cook until ready (10 minutes). Remove the eggs from the boiled water and put in a bowl with cold water.
