  • 600 ml of chicken broth
  • 500 g of champignons
  • 200 ml of cream 15-20%
  • 2 onions
  • 40 g of butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt, pepper to taste

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Prepare the chicken broth beforehand. Champignons cut into small pieces, fry in a pan in a small amount of vegetable oil until half-ready (about 10 minutes). Peel onion, chop and add to the mushrooms, fry until ready for another 5-7 minutes, add salt and pepper.
  2. Fried mushrooms and 200 ml of broth place in a bowl of blender, grind until smooth cream consistency . In the pan, melt the butter, add the flour and fry, stirring, for a couple of minutes. Add the chopped mushrooms, pour the remaining broth and bring to a boil over moderate heat. Cook, stirring, 5 minutes. Then pour in slightly warmed cream and mix.
  3. As soon as the soup is boiled, add salt, pepper to taste and remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Prepare crackers. Pour soup of mashed potatoes on plates and serve with rusks.
