  • 500 ml of water
  • 8 large white mushrooms
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bulb
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 60 grams of semolina
  • 60 g of vegetable oil
  • salt, pepper to taste

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Peel onion, carrots and potatoes and grate on a large grater. Mushrooms thoroughly washed, three of them grate. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the cup of the multivark and fry the grated onions, carrots, potatoes and mushrooms in the “Baking” mode.
  2. Mix the milk with water and pour this mixture of fried vegetables through 10 minutes after the start of frying. The remaining mushrooms cut four times and add to the soup, salt, pepper. Stir and leave for 15 minutes in the “Multi-Cook” mode. For decoration, leave one white mushroom, cut it into slices and fry in a pan in a small amount of oil on both sides until it is ready.
  3. Open the lid and pour the semolina sifted through a sieve, soup. Cook in this mode for 5 more minutes, always stirring occasionally. Cover the soup with a lid, let it cool down for 10 minutes. Spread on plates and serve, decorated with pieces of fried mushrooms and a sprig of dill.
