Ingredients

  • 500 gr of shrimp
  • 150 ml of white dry wine
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 50 g of butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • a few sprigs of parsley
  • half a hour. ground pepper
  • salt, black pepper to taste

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Shrimp defrost, rinse, remove the head, armor and tails (the latter can be left at will). In a frying pan, combine the vegetable and butter, put on medium heat and melt, stirring.
  2. Meanwhile, chop garlic. Pour it together with the red pepper into the preheated oil and mix quickly. Fry garlic for about a minute, stirring until light golden.
  3. Then add the prawns to garlic oil and fry them over medium heat for about half a minute, stirring occasionally. Pour the white wine into the frying pan and bring to a boil. Boil shrimp in wine for about 2 minutes on medium or high heat. Stir and cook for another 1 minute.
  4. Reduce heat to a minimum, add chopped parsley, pour lemon juice, salt and pepper the dish to taste, mix. Remove the frying pan from the heat, cover and leave for 5-10 minutes. Dispense the hot shrimps in garlic sauce on plates and serve with any side dish to your taste or as a hot snack. Bon appetit!
