- 300 ml of pure water
- 100 g of sea-buckthorn
- 2 tsp. honey - or to taste
Recipe for cooking at home
- Peel the berries apart from the twigs, peel and rinse them in a colander under the cool water.
- Fold the clean and dry berries in a saucepan, add the honey and carefully crush everything together with a potato roast until a large amount of juice is produced. Add the hot water to the mashed berries with honey, stir and leave for a couple of minutes. Strain the resulting drink through a sieve and pour over the glasses. Serve sea-buckthorn berries to the table chilled.
