Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Seabuckthorn to sort, rinse and dry. Fold the sea buckthorn in a saucepan and pour cold water, put on fire. Bring the compote from the sea-buckthorn to the boil and boil for a minute.
  2. Remove the pan from the fire, cover and cover with a blanket, leave until completely cooled. After 3-4 hours strain the sea buckthorn compote through a sieve, squeeze the juice from the berries, add it to the compote and mix.
  3. Return the compote to the heat and heat to a warm temperature, add sugar and mix thoroughly until it is completely dissolved. Pour out the prepared compote from the sea-buckthorn into suitable containers, cover them with lids and put them in the refrigerator.
