  • 4-5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4-5 tablespoons salts

Recipe for cooking at home

Put the caviar (in the film) in a bowl, pour it with boiling water and whisk with a fork until all the film will not remain on the fork.

  • Fold the caviar with a gauze and rinse thoroughly under a cold water. Allow to drain all water and transfer the contents of the sieve to a bowl. Add the vegetable oil, salt and mix. Spread the salted caviar on cans, close them tightly and send at least 5-6 hours to the refrigerator.
  • Serve the salted pike caviar to the table as a snack, spreading on bread and butter.
