Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Tangerines peel, remove the film from each lobule and cut them into small pieces. Fennel is cleaned, cut into thin strips and put into a bowl with very cold water for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir the celery and cut it in small pieces. Fold the celery in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with vegetable oil and mix. Feutu or cheese, cut into small cubes of the same size.
  3. Peel the pomegranate seeds from peel and foil, put in a separate bowl. Put on a separate plate of tangerines, celery, grains of pomegranate. Mint rinsed, dried and torn into small pieces (not necessarily). Drain the water from the fennel and wipe it dry with a paper towel. Put the crushed fennel, feta, mint and pour over the olive oil over the lettuce, salt and pepper each serving to taste. Serve the tangerine salad to the table immediately after preparation.
