  • 100 grams of hard cheese
  • 1 large pickled cucumber
  • 1 egg

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. liver should be washed, drained and put in boiling water. Cook the liver until cooked for about half an hour, drain and cool. Then cut into thin strips or grate on a large grater. Eggs boiled hard (10 minutes) and put in cold water for 2 minutes.
  2. Peel the onions and cut them into thin half rings. In a frying pan warm up 1-2 tablespoons. vegetable oil and fry onion until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes). Cheese grate on a large grater, cut cucumbers into cubes.
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add salt and mix. Season with mayonnaise, decorate the salad with liver greens and serve to the table. Spicy appetite!
