Ingredients

  • 150-200 gr of hard cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2 beets
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • a small bunch of greens
  • mayonnaise optional
  • salt, pepper to taste

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Heat the oven to 180 / 200C. Beets are washed, wiped, wrapped in foil and sent to the oven for 1 hour (maybe less – depends on the oven), if it is easily punctured with a toothpick, then it’s time to get it. Eggs hard boiled, cooled.
  2. Eggs cut into small cubes, beets and cheese grate, chop or crush garlic, mix everything. Salt, pepper, add mayonnaise, mix and decorate with herbs. You can serve.
