  2. Peel onion and cut into thin quarters, heat about 1-2 tablespoons in a frying pan. vegetable oil. Fry onion on it until golden brown for 3-5 minutes, stirring. If desired, you can not boil the onion, and pour it on 2-3 minutes 150 ml of boiling water.
