  • 150 gr brynza or feta
  • 2 pieces of any bread
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • bunch of arugula
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • pinch of ground nutmeg
  • salt, pepper to taste

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Heat 1.5 tbsp in a frying pan. vegetable oil, cut the bread into small cubes. Fry the bread cubes until golden brown. Cucumbers, sweet peppers and rukkola to wash, grind with a knife (preferably in equal pieces).
  2. Brynza cut in the same pieces as the rest of the vegetables. Mix cucumbers, bell pepper and rukola in one bowl, add olive oil, nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Put the vegetable salad with arugula on plates, decorate with diced cheese and croutons. Bon appetit!
