Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Pan or a bowl to lay food film from the inside, then easily turn the salad on the dish.
  2. Sour cream mixed with a pinch of salt and pepper, stir with a fork.
  3. Open the can of mushrooms and transfer the contents to a colander. When the liquid drains, shift the mushrooms down with the hats downward.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped dill and spread it into empty spaces between mushrooms.
  5. Lubricate evenly with sour cream.
  6. All the vegetables boil and cool: eggs pour a large amount of cold water, bring to a boil, lower there the washed carrots, potatoes (not cleaning). Cook all together for about 10 minutes, then transfer the boiled eggs into cold water, and potatoes and carrots cook for another 20-30 minutes until soft. Carrots clean and cut into small cubes.
  7. Put carrot on top of mushrooms, grease again with sour cream.
  8. Cut the ham into smaller pieces and lay out the next layer, again grease with sour cream.
  9. Wash cucumber, cut into very small cubes, squeeze off excess juice through a sieve and lay it evenly over the ham. Cover with a thin layer of sour cream.
  10. Eggs should be cleaned from the shell and cut into small cubes, laid out with the following layer.
  11. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, peel onion and cut into smaller pieces. Put everything together on the cucumbers and smoothen.
  12. Cover the pan / bowl with food film and send it overnight (at least 2 hours) into the refrigerator. After the specified time, take out the “Forest Glade” salad from the refrigerator, turn it over a large flat dish and serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
