  • 200 g slightly salted salmon
  • 150 g curd cheese
  • a bunch of fresh greens

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Cut the salmon into thin strips, wash the greens and chop. Pour lavash on a flat surface, grease it with curd cheese.
  2. Pour the slices of salmon over the curd cheese, sprinkle with herbs. Collapse the roll with salmon and cheese, wrap the food film and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  3. Take out the roll, remove the film and put it on the dish. Cut it into small pieces and serve rolls with salmon and cheese, decorating to your taste. Bon appetit!
