  • 50 grams of sugar

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Prunes pour boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Apples peel and seed, cut the flesh into small cubes (about 1 * 1 cm). Drain the water from prunes, dry it and cut it in small pieces.
  2. Yolks are separated from proteins, the latter is put into the refrigerator. Oven to warm up to 180C, baking sheet with two sheets of parchment paper so that it covers the sides.
  3. Pour the vegetable oil into the yolks, beat with a fork or whisk until smooth. Pour vanillin, baking powder and flour, whisk again. Proteins get from the refrigerator and beat with sugar until a firm foam, mix to the yolk mixture.
  4. Put the pieces of apples and dried fruits on a covered baking tray and cover with cinnamon. Pour the dough on a baking sheet so that it covers the whole stuffing and send it to a preheated oven.
  5. After 15 minutes, take the baking tray out of the oven and roll the roll with apples (helping yourself with parchment paper). Allow the roll to cool completely (minutes 15-20), sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut the apple roll into portions and serve for tea or coffee. Bon appetit!
