  1. Peel potatoes, cut into cubes. Pepper is washed, peeled from the entrails and cut into small pieces. Peel onion and cut into thin half rings. In a saucepan pour 3 liters of water, bring to a boil, add salt. Rinse fish, cut into small pieces, put in boiling water. Cook over medium heat, periodically taking off the foam.
  2. 5 minutes after boiling fish, add crushed potatoes and 3 peppers. Cook for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, on a tablespoon of vegetable oil, fry the onion with the fourth pepper until golden. After about 7 minutes pour the tomato paste, stir and simmer on a small fire for a couple of minutes. Then add tomato slices to the frying pan, mix and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the fried vegetables in your ear, mix, salt and pepper to taste. After 5 minutes, the egg is slightly beaten and inserted into the ear, mix thoroughly, hold the minute for a minute. Turn off the cooker, cover the pan with a lid and let it brew for 10 minutes. Spread on plates, decorate at will with greens and serve.
