Ingredients

  • 200 grams of frozen freshly frozen
  • 200 g of champignons
  • 1 small onion
  • 100 ml of cream 15%
  • 50 gr of hard cheese
  • greens to taste (better fennel)
  • butter for frying
  • 1 tsp. flour
  • salt, pepper to taste

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Peel onion, cut into thin half rings, wash mushrooms and cut into quarters, grate cheese. Fry the mushrooms in butter for 10 minutes, then add onion, stir and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the flour, mix and cook for a couple of minutes.
  2. Rapes thaw, cut into small pieces. Add in a frying pan with mushrooms, fry for no more than three minutes on medium heat, continuously stirring. Then pour the cream, pour the cheese and mix. Stir constantly, cook over moderate heat for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove the rapes from the fire, add salt and pepper. To spread out portioning and serve, having decorated at will a slice of a lemon or fresh greens.
