Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Carcass rabbit thoroughly rinse and cut into large pieces. Fold the rabbit in a roasting dish, add vegetable oil, salt, pepper, spices, chopped dill, bay leaf (pre-crush it into a large crumb) and mix.
  2. Peel and cut onions cube, add together with mayonnaise to the meat and mix, evenly distributed on the bottom of the mold. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices, distribute them in a second layer, cover them with foil and send them to a preheated oven.
  3. Bake a rabbit and potatoes in the oven for about 20 minutes at this temperature. Then reduce it to 180C and cook for 30-40 minutes more. Remove the shape, remove the foil and send the meat and potatoes for another 10-15 minutes before browning. Remove the mold from the oven and leave to cool for at least 15 minutes. Serve the dish to the table hot. Bon appetit!
