  • about 0.5 kg rabbit
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 100 gr of dry rice
  • a few sprigs of dill and parsley
  • salt, pepper to taste

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Rinse rabbit, cut into several pieces and put in a pan, pour cold water and put on fire. After boiling, reduce the heat, remove the foam from the surface of the water and cook the soup broth broth for about 1 hour. Near the end of the broth cooking, peel the potatoes and cut it into small cubes of the same size, peel the carrots and grate on a large grater. Peel onion and finely chop. After the specified time, remove the rabbit from the water and leave to cool. Pour the broth through a sieve and return it to the fire. Rinse rice with cold water.
  2. Add potatoes, rice and carrots to the boiling broth, after a second boil, add a little. Cut the meat of rabbits and cut them into small pieces, add to onion together with onions 15 minutes after the beginning of cooking rice with vegetables, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook the soup from the rabbit for 5 minutes on a moderate fire. Wash greens and chop, sprinkle it with ready-made soup, turn off the heat and cover the pan with a lid. After 10-15 minutes, you can remove the lid, pour the soup on plates and serve to the table. Bon appetit!
