  • 200 g of cheese (like Cheddar)
  • 2 tbsp. l. butter
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • salt, pepper to taste

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Peel potatoes, wash them, put them in a saucepan and bring to a boil in 1.5 liters of slightly salted water. When boiling, reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes until cooked.
  2. Cut three cloves of garlic along into 2 parts, and chop one clove into a garlic knife. Put frying pan on the fire, put there two tablespoons of butter, add the garlic and fry it over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat, remove six halves of garlic. Grate the cheese.
  3. When the potatoes are ready, drain the water, dry it and shred. Add hot garlic oil and mix thoroughly. Gradually add the cheese, stir it. Wash the mashed potatoes for 5 minutes and serve portionwise, if desired, decorating with fresh shredded greens.
