- 0,5 kg of potato
- 200 g of cheese (like Cheddar)
- 2 tbsp. l. butter
- 4 garlic cloves
- salt, pepper to taste
Recipe for cooking at home
- Peel potatoes, wash them, put them in a saucepan and bring to a boil in 1.5 liters of slightly salted water. When boiling, reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes until cooked.
- Cut three cloves of garlic along into 2 parts, and chop one clove into a garlic knife. Put frying pan on the fire, put there two tablespoons of butter, add the garlic and fry it over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat, remove six halves of garlic. Grate the cheese.
- When the potatoes are ready, drain the water, dry it and shred. Add hot garlic oil and mix thoroughly. Gradually add the cheese, stir it. Wash the mashed potatoes for 5 minutes and serve portionwise, if desired, decorating with fresh shredded greens.
