Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Heat the oven to 200 / 220C. Pumpkin cut into medium pieces and bake for half an hour in a preheated oven. Put in a bowl of a blender and chop, add a pinch of nutmeg and mix.
  2. Squirrels beforehand are separated from the yolks and put in the refrigerator. Cool the whipped proteins with a pinch of salt until firm peaks. Do not stop whipping, gradually add sugar.
  3. In the resulting protein mass, carefully mix the pumpkin puree. Dispense the dessert from the pumpkin on kremankam or portioned molds and put in the refrigerator until completely cooled (about 15 minutes).
  4. Remove the ready-made dessert from the pumpkin, decorate (if desired) with whipped cream, nuts and serve.
