Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Peel potatoes, cut into small pieces and boil until soft in salted water. Drain the water, chop with butter, salt and pepper.
  2. Wash greens, chop and mix in mashed potatoes, cool. Onion peel and grind, fry in a small amount of vegetable oil.
  3. Wash tomatoes and cut into thin slices, beat the egg and mix into a cooled mashed potatoes. The bottom of the baking dish should be oiled, put half of the mashed potatoes, then the whole fried onions. Uniformly spread the circles of tomato and again a layer of mashed potatoes.
  4. Grease the potato casserole with vegetable oil and place it in a preheated oven for 20 minutes for 10-15 minutes. Remove the shape from the oven, cut it into portions and serve it with fresh herbs.
