- 0.8 l of milk
- 125 grams of rice
- 125 grams of millet
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter
Recipe for cooking at home
- Milk pour into a thick-walled pan, put on fire. Carefully bring to a boil, stirring. Rice and millet thoroughly wash under cold water. Add sugar to the milk and stir until it is completely dissolved.
- As soon as the milk boils, reduce the heat and pour in the croup. Stir the porridge with a spoon and cover the pan tightly with a lid. Cook porridge friendship on low heat for half an hour. After the specified time, add the butter and mix.
- Remove the pan from the fire, add Vanillin or a pinch of cinnamon, if desired. Spread the fragrant mess of friendship on plates and serve, especially tasty with honey, jam or jam.
