Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes on a medium grater, peel onion and cut into small pieces. Wash greens and chop, garlic crush garlic. Mix meat, potatoes, sour cream, onion, flour, greens, garlic in one container and salt everything to taste. Rinse, dry and chop the meat into portions (about 6-7 pieces) . A little bit to discourage each piece, in a frying pan heat a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil, heat the oven to 200C.
  2. Put the pieces of meat in a frying pan over the heated oil, then spread them over with potato paste. Fry about 3-5 minutes until golden brown on medium-high heat. Then turn over and fry until ready on the other side (another 2-4 minutes).
  3. Grease the baking pan or baking dish, place pork and potatoes there and pour sour cream. Send the form in a preheated oven for about 5-10 minutes until it is ready.
  4. When the pork with the potatoes are completely ready, remove the mold from the oven and cover with foil. Leave the dish for 5 minutes to cool. Lay the meat and potatoes on plates and serve to the table hot. Bon appetit!
