Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 50g of grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Bring the grill to a high temperature, then chop the grated oil and season and place on the grill. Fry for about 6 minutes on each side until brown.
  2. Spread a little mustard on one side of each chop, and put onions on top. Mix cheese and thyme, sprinkle chops, grill until golden brown for 2 more minutes. Serve to the table.
