Ingredients

Yeast pizza dough:

  • 200 gr of flour
  • 120 ml of pure water
  • 30 ml of olive oil (can be replaced with sunflower oil)
  • 1 tsp. dry yeast
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Pizza filling:

  • 1 chicken fillet
  • 150-200 gr champignons
  • 1 tomato
  • 100 gr of cheese
  • 3 tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • pepper, salt to taste

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Mix flour with salt and yeast. In a separate container mix the oil with warm water and pour the resulting mixture to the dry mass, stirring it first with a spoon and then with a hand. Knead with the hands of the dough for pizza (if necessary, you can add a little flour) . Transfer it into a bowl, greased with vegetable oil, cover with food wrap or towel and leave for 45-60 minutes in the heat.
  2. Champignons thoroughly wash and cut into thin plates. Onion peeled and cut into thin half rings. & Nbsp; Wash tomato and cut into thin semicircles, grate cheese on a fine grater. Rinse and dry the fillet and cut into small cubes. In a frying pan, heat a couple of spoons of vegetable oil and fry the fillets over high heat, continuously stirring, for 2-3 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Put the ready dough into hands (about 2-3 minutes), roll it up to 5 mm (you can immediately cut a circle from it). Transfer the rolled dough to a baking tray, having greased it with vegetable oil.
  4. Garlic is cleaned and passed through garlic crock, mix it with ketchup and mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Lubricate the dough with the resulting sauce, layer the chicken first, then fresh mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and evenly cover with grated cheese.
  5. Pizza with chicken and mushrooms is cooked for about 15 minutes at 200 / 220C. Take out the baking tray, cut the pizza into slices and serve it to the table. Bon appetit!
