  1. Rice for the night soak in water. The next day, peel onion, cut into small pieces, peel the carrots and cut into strips. Garlic crush or crush garlic. All vegetables fry in oil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add mussels to the pan.
  2. Fry mussels with vegetables 5 min. In the meantime, boil the rice until half cooked (about 10 minutes), recline in a colander and lay out to the vegetables. Pour a little water into the pan (if there is a possibility – broth), add spices, salt to taste and mix.
