Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Wash carrots and cut into large pieces, put them in a saucepan with boiling salted water. Cook the carrots for about half an hour until cooked. You can cook carrots for a couple (30-40 minutes).
  2. Then peel it and grate it on a small grater, chop it in a combine or mash it in a mash. Wash the orange carefully and remove the zest from it, rub it on a fine grater. From the pulp, squeeze the juice and strain it through a sieve into a separate container.
  3. About 80 g of butter to melt until soft and completely cool. Gradually add oil to the oil, pour in cold water and knead the dough until smooth. Roll the dough into a flat round layer, grease the baking dish with a piece of butter.
  4. Put the dough into a mold, form the sides about 3 cm. Pierce it in several places with a fork and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour. In the meantime, prepare a filling for the carrot pie.
  5. Eggs are removed from the refrigerator and left for 10 minutes at room temperature. Then drive them into a bowl and start whipping with a mixer. After 1-2 minutes, pour sugar in a thin trickle. Beat for a couple of minutes before the splendor.
  6. Continue to beat, pour a thin trickle of cream and mix until completely homogeneous for a couple of minutes. Pour the grated orange peel to the creamy mass and knead until smooth.
  7. Combine the carrot and cream, and gently mix. Preheat the oven to 180C, remove the mold and dough from the refrigerator. Fill the sand base with carrot filling for the pie.
  8. Grate the remaining 20 g of butter on a grater and sprinkle the surface of the cake. Send the form to a preheated oven, bake a carrot cake 40-50 minutes until cooked.
  9. Remove the form and leave it to cool for 10 minutes. Cut the pie with carrots into portions, decorate to your taste and serve as a dessert. Have a nice tea!
