Ingredients

Sand:

  • 150 gr of flour
  • 120g of margarine
  • 70 grams of sugar
  • half a hour. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Cottage cheese filling:

  • 300 gr cottage cheese 9%
  • 70 g of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp. sour cream
  • pinch of vanillin

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Margarine half an hour before cooking it is advisable to send to the freezer to make it hard. In a bowl, mix the salt with sugar, from above sift the flour and baking powder through a sieve. Stir dry ingredients, and grate on top of a large grater of margarine.
  2. Stir the dough with your hands (not necessarily until uniform, the dough should crumble). Form a baking sheet with parchment paper, or lightly sprinkle with flour. Oven to warm up to 200C.
  3. Combine cottage cheese with sugar and sour cream, thoroughly rub with a fork until uniform. Drive in a raw egg, add vanillin and beat the cream with a mixer at medium speed until tender and homogeneous consistency.
  4. Pour a little more than half of the dough into the bottom of the baking dish, lightly toss fingers around the surface.
  5. Pour into the cream form.
  6. Evenly sprinkle the curd cream with crumbs and send the cake to the preheated oven.
  7. Bake cake “Cottage cheese” for half an hour at the specified temperature. Remove the form from the oven, cover with a light dish towel and leave for at least half an hour. Serve the cake cold or slightly warm. Have a nice tea!
