  • 200g of low-fat kefir or squash
  • dry yeast - just under 1 tsp. (diluted in 1/3 cup of lightly sweetened water)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • flour - optional until soft

For the filling

  • 200g of hard cheese
  • 250g sausage (salami)
  • 1-2 pcs tomato
  • 1-2 pcs. sweet pepper (preferably in different colors - it will look more beautiful)
  • 2-3 tablespoons low-calorie mayonnaise
  • Dried marjoram and greens to your liking

Recipe for cooking at home

Allow the yeast to swell in water (10 minutes), add butter, then kefir and flour. Knead the soft dough. Align on the bottom of the form as thinly as possible.

  • Coat with a layer of mayonnaise and sprinkle with marjoram (if you can not find it – replace it with Oregano, but replace it is not desirable). Grate the cheese on a grater and sprinkle half the mayonnaise.
  • Cut the tomato into semicircles, salami in circles, and onions in half rings. Spread on pizza on the principle of scales (like cutting) on each other in exactly the same order: tomato, salami, onion. It is important that the tomato is laid on the onion.
  • Finely chop the Bulgarian pepper and sprinkle the pizza. Top with a regular layer of the remaining cheese, sprinkle with your favorite seasoning or pepper if desired.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for about half an hour. Get pizza, decorate with greens, cut into portions and serve.
