Ingredients

Dough for a pear pie in a multivark:

  • 200 g of flour
  • 100 g of butter
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • pinch of vanillin

Sour-pear filling for pie:

  • 3 medium pears
  • 400 grams of sour cream
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tbsp. starch

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. lightly melt the oil or leave it for 15 minutes at room temperature. To the softened oil, drive in the egg, pour in the sugar and beat the mixture with a mixer for about 2-3 minutes until complete homogeneity.
  2. Sift the flour with the baking powder and vanillin through a sieve, mix well. Roll the ball out of the dough, wrap it with a food film and send it to the refrigerator for a minimum of half an hour.
  3. Meanwhile, the pears are washed, cut lengthwise into two parts and removed the core. Cut the flesh into slices. After the specified time, lubricate the bowl of the multivarka with butter. Put the dough there, spread it all over the bottom and form the skirts.
  4. Put on the basis of lobules pear. Egg in a separate bowl and beat with a mixer with sugar. Stir in this mixture of starch, flour. Pour the sour cream and whip the mass with a fork or whisk until smooth. The resulting cream is poured into pears into the bowl of the multivarquet.
  5. Bake a pear cake in the multivark for about 80 minutes in the Baking mode. After the specified time, move the cake from the multivarka to a dish and allow it to cool for 15 minutes. Cut the pie with pears and sour cream into portions and serve for tea or coffee. Bon appetit!
