Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Eggs in a bowl, add salt with sugar, pour 300 ml of milk and shake with a whisk or fork until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Sift flour through a sieve together with dry yeast and mix a thick dough with a whisk. Gradually pour in another 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of clean water, then vegetable oil and mix thoroughly.
  3. Cover the dough with a lid or napkin and leave for an hour in the heat (you can leave the pancake dough to go in the oven at 40C). After an hour, the dough on dry yeast should go up 2 times, mix it with a spoon and leave it in a warm place until it turns to foaming.
  4. After the second proofing (half an hour-hour), you can not mix the dough. Collect the dough from the bottom up with a rug, spread evenly over the heated frying pan (grease it with vegetable oil with a silicone brush) and fry over high heat until the top of the pancake dries and the bottom blushes. Turn the pancake to the other side and fry until red. Thus, fry yeast pancakes from the remaining dough (do not mix it), stack them with a pile.
  5. Serve warm, with condensed milk, jam or jam. Bon appetit!
