Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Separate the yolks from the proteins, remove them into the refrigerator. Melt the butter lightly until soft, knead it with a fork, add yolks, sugar, orange peel (grate it on a fine grater). Whisk all 3-5 minutes for whitening and thickening. From the pulp of orange squeeze the juice and pour from it 70 ml.
  2. Sift the flour, baking powder and mix into the resulting mass. Heat oven to 160 / 180C, bake a baking dish with oil. Beat whisk dough, pour 70 ml of orange juice and milk. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Squirrels are removed from the refrigerator and beat them for a couple of minutes to steady peaks. Stir the protein cream to the dough and pour everything into a greased form. Pour the container with pudding into a baking dish and pour boiling water into it so that it does not rise above half the small form.
  4. Send the orange pudding to the preheated oven for about 50 minutes. After the specified time, take out the mold and sprinkle the surface of the dessert with powdered sugar. Leave the dish to cool for 10 minutes. Then you can cut into small portions and serve for tea or coffee. Bon appetit!
