  • 4 eggs
  • 3-4 cucumbers
  • 200 grams of radish

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Chicken the fillet and rinse it in a saucepan with boiling salted water (about 1.25 liters). After repeated boiling, add the bay leaves and cook the meat until ready for half an hour. Remove the saucepan from the plate, take out the bay leaf, cover and let it cool down.
  2. Place the eggs in a separate pan, pour cold water over it and put on fire. Boil eggs after boiling for 10 minutes. Drain the boiling water and pour the boiled eggs with cold water, leave to cool.
  3. Cucumbers, radish and all the greens thoroughly rinse under a jet of cool water. Cut cucumbers and radish with small cubes, greens finely chopped. Remove the chicken fillet from the broth, cut into small pieces. Eggs should be cleaned from the shell and finely chopped.
  4. Mix chicken broth and kefir in a separate bowl or saucepan. In a large saucepan mix the chicken, vegetables, greens, eggs and mix. Pour all the ingredients with kefir and broth, add okroshka to taste, add citric acid and mix.
  5. Cover the pan with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for an hour or two (preferably at night). Chilled chicken from a chicken pour on plates and serve to the table. Bon appetit!
