Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Butter (or margarine) is removed from the refrigerator, cut into pieces and left for half an hour at room temperature, so it melted and became soft. Add the flour and grind with the hands or fork until it crumbles.
  2. Sour cream mixed with salt, pour in milk and stir whisk until smooth. Stir the flour, add the sour cream mixture, mix it.
  3. Knead the soft dough with your hands, cover with food wrap and send to the refrigerator for an hour.
  4. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes, peel onion and cut into smaller pieces, combine in one saucepan.
  5. Chicken fillet of the leg should be removed from the bone and separated from the skin, put it together with the fillet and cut into small pieces.
  6. Add the chicken and the chopped dill into a saucepan.
  7. Salt, pepper and mix.
  8. Remove the dough from the fridge, roll the sausage out of it and cut into the washers. Put them on the surface, sprinkled with flour.
  9. Roll each piece of dough into a thin circle, put a little filling in the center. Connect and tightly dough the dough on three sides, leaving the hole in the center.
  10. Put the patties on a baking tray, greased with vegetable oil and send to the oven for 15 minutes at 220C. After that, reduce the temperature to 140 / 160C and bake mini-kuriki for about an hour.
  11. If desired, for 10-20 minutes you can lubricate the surface of the test with a silicone brush with a mixture of yolk with 1 tbsp. milk.
  12. Serve the mini-kurikas to the table warm. Bon appetit!
