Mimoza salad

Along with olivier, Mimoza salad is very popular on feast days, especially on New Year's Eve. This salad is very hearty, tasty and does not take much effort and time.

Recipe for cooking at home

  1. Eggs boil hard for 10 minutes, then cool in cold water, peel and split into squirrels and yolks. Squirrels grate on a large grater or cut into small cubes. Put it on the bottom of the salad bowl (or separately for each serving plate as we have). Cover with a mesh of mayonnaise.
  2. From a can of canned food, drain the tuna finely and put it on squirrels.
  3. Peel the onion, cut it very finely, throw for a few seconds in boiling water, drain the water (this is done in order to get rid of bitterness, it does not need to be done with green onions). Cover with a uniform layer of onion fish.
  4. Cheese grate on a fine grater, lay on top of the onion. Sprinkle with mesh mayonnaise. Yolks grate on a fine grater and decorate them with the last layer. Serve, if desired, decorated with greens.
