- 0.5 l of milk from 4%
- 5 eggs (yolks)
- 5 h .l. sugar
- vanilla pod (or pinch of vanillin)

Recipe for cooking at home
- Milk pour into a saucepan, pour the vanilla pod along and take the seeds out into the milk (or pour in vanillin), stir. Lemon carefully wash and cut off the zest. put lemon zest into milk and put on a weak fire.
- Bring it to a boil, stirring. Turn off the heat and cover the pan with a lid, leave for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, separate the yolks from the proteins and place them in a bowl.
- Start whipping the yolks with a mixer, gradually pouring the sugar. Beat for about 3-5 minutes before the formation of a lush, light mass. Do not stop whipping, pour the milk into the yolks through a sieve.
- Put the milk dessert into a water bath and heat, stirring, until it thickens. It will take about 15 minutes. Remove the bowl from the water bath and leave it to cool. Then spread out on kremankami and put in the refrigerator.
