With this recipe you can easily marinate mushrooms for the winter. Marinated mushrooms are fleshy, aromatic and pleasant to taste.

- 1 kg of gruel
- 1 L of pure water
- 100 ml of vinegar 9%
- 10 peas of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tbsp. salts
Recipe for cooking at home
- Clean fresh mushrooms, wash thoroughly and put in a large bowl. Connect 1.5 liters of cold water with 1 tbsp. salt, thoroughly stir until it is completely dissolved and pour the brine mushrooms. Leave the mushrooms in salt water for 1.5 hours.
- After the specified time, drain the water and dry the mushrooms with a paper towel. Pour clean water into a saucepan, add clean mushrooms and put on fire. Boil the mushrooms within 15 minutes after boiling.
- Meanwhile, you can sterilize jars and lids in any convenient way for you. Put the boiled mushrooms in the cans (fill to the top), add the peas of pepper, salt, sugar and put them on the fire in a pot of mushroom broth. Stirring, bring the broth to a boil and pour vinegar, stir again. Immediately after repeated boiling, remove the pan from the fire and pour the marinade over the jars, immediately roll them with covers and turn them over. Wrap the jars with a warm towel or blanket and leave until completely cooled.
- Then you can remove the cans for storage in a dark cool place. Marinated mushrooms are stored for about 1-1.5 years.
