- about 0.5 kg of bitter (hot) pepper
- 0.2 l of pure water
- 0.2 l vinegar 9%
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. salts
Recipe for cooking at home
- Sharp pepper carefully, a can for storage for winter storage for a couple, in the oven or in the microwave. The lid separately boil for 5-8 minutes.
- Tightly put hot pepper into the jar (without cleaning it from the stems). Pour water into the pan and put it on the fire. After boiling, add salt, vinegar, mix well and remove the saucepan from the fire.
- Add the honey to the marinade for bitter pepper and mix until it dissolves completely. Pour the hot pepper in the jar with a warm hot marinade and roll up the jar with a lid, turn it upside down and wrap it with a blanket / towel.
- Marinate the bitter pepper for about 5-6 hours at room temperature. Then you can remove the banks for storage to the rest of the workpieces for the winter. Marinated hot pepper will be ready in about 1-1.5 months after cooking .
